DC Fast Charger Project
We’re expanding the network of EV public charging stations in northern Minnesota by installing 16 fast chargers in the communities we serve. These chargers, part of our EnergyForward strategy for a carbon-free future, will ease potential range anxiety and improve convenient access for EV drivers.

Charging Rates and Fees
Save on public charging rates by charging your EV between 5 a.m. and 3 p.m. or from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. with the most savings from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Charging during Off-Peak or Super Off-Peak hours instead of On-Peak hours helps Minnesota Power reduce energy costs and pass those savings on to you. Connection fees stay the same whenever you decide to plug in.
Multiple payment options are available by using the credit card terminal on the chargers or through the ZEFNET App.
